Biospace Med gets Dutch EOS sale

French digital radiography firm Biospace Med has received its first order in the Netherlands to install its EOS digital radiography system.

University Medical Center Groningen will install the system, which images patients in a standing weight-bearing position and with low radiation dose. University physicians believe that EOS could be well-suited for children with pediatric scoliosis because these patients often receive as many as 20 to 25 exams in the course of their follow-up.
